マカオで開催されている「CONTEMPO Vol. 1 MACAO JAPAN SPRING FESTIVAL」に、
2024年2月24日(土)・25日(日)に出演予定だった可憐なアイボリーですが、マカオへの入国ビザの取得手続きを鋭意進めていたところ、公演関係者の業務許可における不測の事態により、
公演を2024年7月27日(土)に延期することとなりました。
会場は、マカオのSands China内を予定しております。

延期公演の詳細につきましては、可憐なアイボリーオフィシャルウェブサイトより随時お知らせいたします。

スタッフ一同最後まで交渉を重ねてまいりましたが、予定通りイベントに出演することができず誠に残念です。可憐なアイボリーのイベント出演を楽しみにしてくださっていた皆様に、多大なるご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

なお、3月23日(土)・3月24日(日)のマカオでの高嶺のなでしこ公演は、予定通り実施予定でございます。

出演キャンセルに伴い、チケットの払い戻しを実施させていただきます。

Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for always supporting Karen na Ivory.

Due to unforeseen circumstances related to work permits of personnel involved in the show, it is with a heavy heart that we must announce that the eagerly anticipated event that was set to take place on the 24th and 25th of February at the Londoner Theatre, Sands Macao has been postponed until July 27th. The venue will be in Sands China, Macau. More details of the postponed performance will be notified at any time through the Karen na Ivory official website.

All the staffs members have been negotiating until the end, but it is regrettable that they were not able to perform at the event as planned. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and any disruption to your plans.
Also, the performance of TAKANE NO NADESHIKO in Macau on March 23rd Sat and 24th Sun will be held as scheduled.

[Regarding ticket refund]
Due to the cancellation of the performance, we are initiating a full refund of all ticket purchases.
Customers who have already purchased tickets will be notified of the procedure via email from the ticket vendor. We will issue a refund within one month as soon as the procedure is completed, so if you are unable to confirm your refund after the deadline, please contact customer support at the following email address below.
